About LIFTED:

The scene is of a boy pushing a wheel barrel full of teetering bird cages. Birds escape and the tower of cages hang precariously in an eternal silhouette. This image is actually reminiscent of a childhood experience of mine - pushing a wheel barrel full of looted wood from a near by construction site down the street to be used for my tree house. My childhood friends and I used an old wheelbarrow to stack the supplies for the treehouse in while in route. The stack would often reach heights well above our heads. We saw the tree house as our escape from our homes; thus, I have the birds escaping from their cages.
